We generally work with the senior management team to first identity strategy towards specific goals -- If there are no specific goals, then we work with the management team to first identify appropriate opportunities within the constraints and resources of the company. We then we develop cost effective operation plan(s) to achieve these goals. With the exception of the cost effectiveness, uniqueness and creativity of the strategy, our services are not very unique up to this stage. Where we really differentiate ourselves from most Management Consultants is that we also provide an operational team to deliver on the promised improvement/cost reductions etc. In other words, we put our money where our mouth is.
The way we provide this distant capability is through our to sister companies -- Chisk Inc. provides services that range from business services to engineering services while Simpliciti Inc provides product manufacturing and sourcing.
